About this role

CACI is looking for a UX Researcher to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of the Inspector General (OIG). In this role, you will study how federal oversight professionals work to ensure that new AI and data analytics tools meet their mission needs. You will conduct usability testing, develop adoption measurement frameworks, and map user workflows and pain points to guide design and training.

What we are looking for

Plan and conduct user research with investigators, auditors, inspectors, analysts, and counsel
Design and run usability testing for OIGChat, data platform interfaces, and pilot AI applications
Build and maintain adoption measurement frameworks and data-driven assessments
Develop personas, journey maps, and workflow models
Conduct human factors analysis of AI-assisted tasks
Partner with training and adoption teams to identify design vs. training gaps

Must be a U.S. citizen.
Requires a Public Trust security clearance.
