What we are looking for

Create presentations, toolkits, illustrations, digital assets, and interfaces for a global employee audience
Build and maintain the HR design system, including components, templates, and standards
Design intuitive and accessible digital experiences across platforms like Workday and Microsoft 365
Explore and shape AI-enabled design workflows to enhance team productivity
Partner with HR, communications, and technology teams to guide design solutions
Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design craft, typography, composition, and visual storytelling
