AI Product Designer

TribalScale is seeking an AI Product Designer to join their Toronto team. You will lead design discoveries, shape digital transformations, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to build innovative digital products. This role requires an AI-first mindset and proficiency in UX design principles and tools.

• Lead design discoveries and facilitate client sessions
• Define and lead digital transformations at a strategic level
• Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, Engineering, and Sales
• Apply design thinking and user-centric approaches
• Integrate AI tools into the design workflow
• Produce user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
