User Experience Designer Principal

Sagent is seeking a Principal User Experience Designer to lead the design of intuitive and scalable experiences for their SaaS-based mortgage servicing solutions. This role involves hands-on design, mentoring other designers, and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into user-centered solutions. You will contribute to the design system and explore AI-driven automation within a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Lead high-quality design execution and mentor junior designers
• Contribute to and standardize the Figma design system
• Identify opportunities for AI-driven automation in system design
• Partner with product and engineering to refine requirements and shape solutions
• Translate technical and AI capabilities into user-centered experiences
