Manager, Design Research (Secondment)

As a Manager, Design Research, you will lead qualitative research and journey mapping to drive colleague-centric product development within Pfizer's AI Accelerator. This hands-on role involves personally designing, executing, and analyzing research studies, integrating AI tools to accelerate insights, and translating findings into actionable product recommendations for senior leaders.

• Design, execute, and analyze qualitative and quantitative research studies end-to-end
• Integrate AI into research workflows to accelerate study design, data collection, analysis, and synthesis
• Manage multiple research projects in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Translate research findings into actionable insights for product development
• Collaborate with product managers and advocate for customer-centric solutions
• Prepare recommendations for senior leaders and build strategic relationships
