Digital Experience Designer

Wounded Warrior Project is seeking a Digital Experience Designer to create and optimize user-centered digital experiences for their member portal and mobile app. You will translate user insights into intuitive and accessible designs that improve member support and engagement. This role involves user research, interaction design, prototyping, and collaboration with various teams to ensure a seamless and impactful digital journey for warriors and their families.

• Design and optimize user-centered digital experiences for MyWWP portal and mobile app
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize insights
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Apply accessibility and inclusive design principles
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Marketing, and Program teams
• Partner with Business Systems Analysts to translate concepts into functional requirements
