Manager, Experience Design

Shape the digital experience for Sun Life clients by designing intuitive and visually compelling interfaces for web and mobile platforms. You will advocate for best design practices across Asia business units, conduct user research, and create customer journey maps to drive product evolution. This role requires a strong understanding of UX/UI, client experience, and service design principles.

• Advocate for and define XD best practices across Asia business units
• Conduct user research, interviews, and workshops
• Create customer journey maps, UX wire flows, and wireframes
• Apply Design Thinking framework for ideation and problem-solving
• Experience in UX research, UI design, and service design
