Senior Product Designer (UX) - Clearance Required

Red Cell Partners is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the end-to-end design of a new AI-enabled decision-support system for DEFCON AI. You will lead discovery, create interactive prototypes, and collaborate closely with product and engineering to build a unified workspace that enhances user trust and decision-making. This role involves establishing design practices and shaping the future of design within the organization.

• Own complex product experiences from discovery through delivery
• Design a new AI-enabled decision-support system
• Lead user research, workflow mapping, and prototyping
• Collaborate daily with product and engineering teams
• Establish and shape design practices and standards
• Design for trust, clarity, and user evaluation of AI recommendations
