Web Designer at AIOS — Remote, $75k-$150k/yr (including equity)

AIOS is seeking a results-driven Web Designer to own the end-to-end conversion process for our brands, from insight to live page. You will leverage AI to design, build, and test high-converting landing pages, funnels, and onboarding flows, focusing on driving action and improving user outcomes. This is a hands-on, remote role for an individual contributor who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

• Own web conversion end-to-end, from insight to live page
• Design high-converting websites, landing pages, and funnels
• Craft compelling value propositions and USPs
• Translate designs into frontend code (Webflow experience a plus)
• Utilize AI for design, build, and A/B testing
• Build scalable AI workflows and design systems
