Senior Manager - UX/UI

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a strategic and hands-on UI/UX leader to shape and elevate the end-to-end experience across their technology ecosystem, particularly their client portal. This player-coach role involves leading a team of designers and researchers while actively contributing to design strategy, quality, and execution in partnership with Product and Engineering.

• Define and evolve UI/UX vision and experience strategy
• Lead and develop a team of 3-5 UI/UX designers and researchers
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to embed design early
• Establish and maintain experience standards and patterns
• Own and mature the design system
• Drive human-centered discovery and validation practices
