Sr Designer & Product Developer

Join a luxury baby brand as a Senior Designer & Product Developer to drive the entire product lifecycle from concept to final production. You will be responsible for creating seasonal and evergreen soft goods, defining brand aesthetics, building technical specifications, and collaborating with suppliers to ensure quality and manufacturability.

• Design and develop products for baby, children's, apparel, home textiles, or soft goods
• Define color, material, texture, print, and trim direction
• Create tech packs, specs, BOMs, and construction details
• Partner with suppliers and factories on product development
• Balance aesthetics, quality, cost, and manufacturability
• Develop new product categories
