Senior UI Designer

DEPT® is seeking a Senior UI Designer to lead design efforts for international clients from their Zagreb or Split offices. This role involves driving design quality, mentoring junior talent, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create impactful digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in UI design, a strong understanding of design systems and accessibility, and proficiency in Figma.

• Lead UI design for key accounts, ensuring visual appeal and strategic soundness
• Collaborate with UX teams to improve design capabilities and processes
• Mentor and develop junior design talent
• Expertise in building and maintaining scalable Design Systems
• Deep understanding of WCAG standards and inclusive usability
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with motion design tools
