Sr. Designer, Motion Graphics

Checkr is seeking a Senior Motion Graphics Designer to join their Brand Studio team. This role involves bringing product stories and brand moments to life through animation for various channels, including campaign videos and in-product experiences. The ideal candidate will combine design and animation mastery with a systems mindset and a focus on customer insight.

• Own motion end-to-end from concept to delivery
• Create motion for brand campaigns, videos, and in-product experiences
• Build motion systems, templates, and reusable animation assets
• Partner with marketing, web development, and product design teams
• Utilize After Effects, Figma, and AI-assisted workflows
• Maintain high-quality standards across multiple projects
