Principal Product Designer

Gradial is seeking a Principal Product Designer to shape the user experience of their AI-native platform for enterprise marketing teams. This senior individual contributor role involves designing intuitive and engaging interfaces for complex workflows, from initial concept to polished execution. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to define and deliver exceptional design solutions.

• Lead design for complex, high-impact product areas
