Senior Industrial Designer

Unilever is seeking a Senior Industrial Designer to lead the technical design and production of their product portfolio, from concept to manufacturing. This role involves ensuring products are consumer-focused, cost-effective, and sustainable, while also contributing to building the company's internal industrial design capabilities.

• Own technical design and industrialization of product portfolio
• Develop manufacturer-ready 3D CAD, technical drawings, and specifications
• Translate concepts into technically feasible and commercially viable designs
• Evaluate manufacturing routes, tooling, materials, and finishes
• Work directly with suppliers through feasibility, tooling, sampling, and production
• Build and assess prototypes for research and validation
