Castlery is seeking a Lead UI/UX Designer to reimagine our customer and internal team experiences. You will drive the design of intuitive, high-performing digital products across web and mobile, from discovery to post-purchase. This role involves evolving our design system, fostering collaboration with Engineering, mentoring designers, and leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency.

• Lead UI/UX design for customer journeys across web and mobile
• Shape key moments from discovery through post-purchase
• Design internal tools for Operations, CX, Retail, and Fulfilment
• Evolve and manage the company's design system
• Mentor junior designers and lead design critiques
