Product Designer

Pathos is seeking a full-stack Product Designer to own the end-to-end design of features for their consumer health company. You will conduct user research, ideate, prioritize, and create high-fidelity mocks, focusing on solving user and business goals with empathy. This role involves building a mobile app from scratch, establishing a design system, and ensuring high quality in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Design a new mobile app from scratch, focusing on beautiful visuals and intuitive interactions
• Build a comprehensive design system from scratch, incorporating brand guidelines
• Own design integrity and quality across the company in a lean team
• Deliver designs for 10+ major features per quarter and assist with roadmap prioritization
• Conduct user research 3-6 times per year to inform product decisions
• Leverage AI design tools and explore Human-AI interactions
