Sr UX Designer

Glance is seeking a Senior UX Designer to shape the future of AI-powered e-commerce. You will own core commerce journeys, translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences, and ensure high-fidelity execution. This role involves close collaboration with product, engineering, and data teams, as well as mentoring junior designers.

• Own end-to-end commerce and highlight experiences
• Translate machine-learning capabilities into invisible user architecture
• Design scalable systems with technical and spatial precision
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research teams
• Lead and mentor mid-level and junior designers
• Establish design structures, frameworks, and operational processes
