Sr. Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, you will craft the tools that empower CDW sellers to manage accounts, configure solutions, and drive sales. Your work will directly impact seller efficiency and customer relationships by streamlining complex workflows within Salesforce. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and effective enterprise tools, balancing user needs with business goals and technical constraints.

• Design enterprise tools within Salesforce for salesperson workflows
• Own design from discovery through launch, collaborating with PM, Eng, and Research
• Deliver high-quality interaction, visual, content, and IA craft
• Partner with UX Researchers to uncover seller needs and opportunities
• Navigate ambiguity and influence product decisions in a complex organization
• Evaluate and improve production experiences based on data and feedback
