Product Designer, Web Experience

Zillow is seeking a senior Product Designer to lead UX strategy for their Marketing Web team. You will be responsible for raising the quality bar and creating customer-centric solutions across B2B and B2C marketing websites. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, evolving the CMS design system, and designing reusable web patterns to empower marketers.

• Lead UX strategy and CMS design system vision for marketing web surfaces
• Evolve a design system library and guidelines for brand and product cohesiveness
• Design self-service, reusable web patterns in Figma for scalability
• Partner with Product Design and Design Systems for seamless user journeys
• Design growth-focused, device-adaptable web interfaces balancing user needs and business metrics
• Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to validate design decisions
