What we are looking for

Lead product design and UX research for AI-powered legal intelligence platform
Conduct customer interviews, time and motion studies, and usability tests
Create and refine design mock-ups and prototypes using Figma
Collaborate with engineers and product managers on technical feasibility and business objectives
Advocate for user-centric design throughout the development process
Synthesize research findings into actionable insights for intuitive designs
