What we are looking for

Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for A/B testing and optimization initiatives
Develop user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for experimentation
Create pixel-perfect UI designs respecting brand guidelines and conversion goals
Work with tokenized design systems for scalability and consistency
Collaborate with CRO strategists, analysts, and developers in an agile environment
Advocate for data-informed design decisions and present rationale to stakeholders
