Senior UX/UI Designer (AU Citizen with NV1 Security Clearance)

Accenture is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the creation of user-centered interfaces for complex digital products. You will translate user needs and business objectives into end-to-end design solutions, conduct user research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role involves mentoring designers and championing accessibility and usability standards.

• Lead design of intuitive, user-centered interfaces for complex digital products
• Translate user needs and business objectives into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Plan and lead user research and usability testing
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
• Develop and govern design systems and UI component libraries
• Provide design leadership and mentoring to designers
