Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape the future of digital experiences for millions of global travelers across our loyalty and travel ecosystem. You will lead end-to-end product design, from discovery to delivery, creating user-centered journeys within our mobile app and contributing to our evolving design system. This hands-on role requires a blend of design craft and systems thinking, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and influencing product direction.

• Lead customer-centric product design from research to high-fidelity execution
• Apply design thinking and UX research to improve customer experience
• Contribute to and evolve a scalable design system
• Prototype and test rapidly, running own user validation loops
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and research teams
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design culture
