Senior User Interface Designer - Platform Development

As a Senior User Interface Designer, you will be the primary owner and expert for our enterprise Design System, ensuring its consistency, scalability, and accessibility. You will create polished interfaces for new features and workflows, partnering with cross-functional teams to translate design intent into implemented experiences and enable independent pattern application.

• Own and evolve the enterprise Design System, including libraries, components, variables, patterns, and documentation
• Prioritize the design-system roadmap using product needs, adoption data, accessibility risks, and implementation gaps
• Design responsive screens, workflows, and complete interface states using approved patterns
• Partner across cross-functional teams to translate Design System specifications into implemented experiences
• Apply current accessibility standards and inclusive design practices to components and interfaces
• Structure components, tokens, metadata, and guidance for reliable use by people and approved AI tools
