Senior, Art Director

DEPT® is seeking a Senior Art Director to lead visual development for client campaigns across social, digital, video, and emerging platforms. This hands-on role requires a creative thinker with strong conceptual instincts and visual craft, who can partner with various creative teams to transform business objectives into compelling content. • Develop visual concepts and creative territories across multiple platforms
• Partner with Copywriters, Strategists, and Designers to create integrated campaigns
• Lead visual storytelling from concept through execution and delivery
• Present creative work confidently to internal teams and clients
• Mentor Associate Art Directors and elevate team's creative output
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining high creative standards
