Senior UI/UX Designer (fixed-term 12 months)

Shape human-centered AI experiences across Resmed's digital health ecosystem. You will translate emerging AI capabilities into intuitive and trustworthy interactions for consumer digital products, working at the intersection of AI, design, and product innovation. This 12-month fixed-term role in Dublin involves collaborating with cross-functional teams from concept to delivery to empower users and simplify their health journeys.

• Lead UX from discovery through delivery, including problem framing, solution exploration, prototyping, validation, and iteration
• Translate emerging AI capabilities into meaningful, human-centered design opportunities
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Research to define challenges and develop digital product experiences
• Create design artifacts such as journeys, flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and refined concepts
• Facilitate workshops, design critiques, and alignment sessions across cross-functional teams
• Contribute to design-system consistency and scalable interaction patterns
