UX Research Intern

Sprinklr is seeking a UX Research Intern to join their product team in Gurgaon, India. This 6-month internship offers the opportunity to own a research study from start to finish, collaborating with global teams to translate complex enterprise workflows into user-friendly experiences. You will gain hands-on experience in qualitative and quantitative data analysis and present your findings to product leadership.

• Own and execute a multi-phase UX research study
• Conduct generative and evaluative research, including interviews and usability tests
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers on product roadmaps
• Present final capstone project findings to product leadership
• Gain exposure to AI-driven product research and enterprise SaaS design
