Product Designer, Design Systems

Join Anthropic's early-stage Design Systems team to shape the user experience of cutting-edge AI products. You'll define and elevate our UI language, working closely with engineers and researchers to build a cohesive and trustworthy AI interaction system. This role offers the opportunity to impact millions of users by crafting polished, human-centered interfaces for emerging AI capabilities.

• Design and evolve foundational UI elements and components for a unified design system
• Develop the expressive layer of the system, including motion, illustration, and icons
• Ensure the design system is understood by both humans and AI models
• Partner with product teams to facilitate system adoption and gather feedback
• Prototype in code and ship changes directly to the design system package
• Experience building or contributing to a design system
