Senior Forward Deployed UX Designer (Nashville, TN)

As a Senior Forward Deployed UX Designer, you will embed yourself within a partner hospital to lead the user experience design of next-generation AI-enabled healthcare solutions. You will collaborate closely with clinicians and engineers to translate complex clinical workflows into intuitive, adaptive software experiences that improve patient care and procedural efficiency.

• Lead human-centered design by immersing in clinical environments to understand user needs and workflows
• Create and validate user-centered solutions in partnership with clinicians, IT, engineers, and product leaders
• Define user interaction with AI-powered healthcare systems and services
• 7+ years of experience with Bachelor's or 3+ years with Master's in UX Design or related field
• Experience designing complex, AI-enabled solutions, ideally in healthcare
• Proficient with Figma, Microsoft Office, and AI-assisted design tools
