Associate Manager - User Experience Research

Lead the User Experience Research practice at Meijer, shaping research strategy and growing the research team. You will partner with Product, Design, and Engineering leaders to ensure customer and team member insights drive technology, product, and service decisions. • Define research standards, frameworks, and ways of working
• Lead qualitative and quantitative research initiatives
