Senior Motion Designer

DEPT® is seeking a Senior Motion Designer to lead motion art direction and craft compelling animated and video content for ambitious brands. You will own the end-to-end motion design process, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and mentor junior designers. This role requires strong art direction thinking, expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, and a passion for visual storytelling.

• Lead motion design projects and translate creative concepts into animated content
• Own the full motion design process from concepting to final delivery
• Collaborate with designers, art directors, and creatives to develop motion systems
• Provide creative and technical guidance to junior motion designers
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Stay curious about new tools and techniques in motion and visual design
