UX Researcher – AI Enablement

Target is seeking a UX Researcher to join their Global UX team, focusing on AI-enabled experiences for internal practitioners. This role involves applying qualitative and quantitative research methods to understand and improve AI tools and workflows, contributing to product and experience decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and support the responsible enablement of AI within research practices.

• Apply qualitative and quantitative research methods to AI-enabled products
• Contribute to research plans, fieldwork, and study logistics
• Conduct straightforward interviews and usability tests
