Associate Creative Director - Design

MERGE is seeking an Associate Creative Director of Design to lead visual narratives for a major quick-service restaurant account. You will be responsible for high-level creative vision, design systems, and hands-on execution across digital, retail, and campaign touchpoints. This role requires a digitally forward leader who can guide design efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Shape digital and physical visual narrative for a fast-paced retail account
• Lead design systems and hands-on execution across digital, retail, and campaigns
• Produce high-quality assets for digital, animated menu boards, packaging, and signage
• Apply design systems across various touchpoints for cohesive execution
• Collaborate with client-side digital and development teams on UX/UI
• Guide and inspire other designers
