Talkiatry is seeking a Staff Product Designer to lead the design of innovative mental health care experiences. You will shape AI-powered patient support, enhance core patient portal functionalities, and evolve our design system, impacting how patients access and manage their care. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, deep craft, and the ability to navigate ambiguity across multiple product areas.

What we are looking for

Lead product design for Clinical AI, patient portal, and design system evolution
Design AI-powered patient support experiences and conversational AI interactions
Improve core patient portal flows for care access and management
Evolve the design system and raise visual quality across products
Partner with cross-functional teams on product strategy and ambiguous problems
7+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio
