About this role

Lead product design strategy and elevate the user experience across multiple product teams for Tax & Accounting North America. You will be responsible for the quality of UX outcomes and the maturity of design practices, influencing cross-functional partners and executive leadership. This role also guides the integration of AI into product experiences, ensuring usability, trustworthiness, and alignment with customer and business goals.
