UX/UI Designer

Miele is seeking a UX/UI Designer to enhance the customer journey and front-end experience of their digital platforms. This role involves end-to-end responsibility for frontend design, from ideation and prototyping to optimization, with a focus on creating a premium digital shopping experience that drives sales.

• Design customer-centric e-Commerce journeys and translate requirements into brand and product stories
• Create wireframes, UI assets, and A/B tests
• Conduct usability tests, competitor reviews, and customer surveys
• Partner with Product Managers and collaborate with IT on feature optimization and technical feasibility
• Manage Design Systems and work with qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions
• Experience working for a premium brand in the consumer or FMCG industry
