About this role

Clera is seeking a founding Product Designer/Engineer to shape the entire product experience for our early-stage AI software. You will translate complex ideas into intuitive interfaces, taking ownership from initial concepts to production, and directly impacting how operators interact with AI agents.

What we are looking for

Own product experience from concept to production
Design and build interfaces for AI agent interaction
Explore interaction patterns for AI trustworthiness
Create reusable components and design systems
4+ years experience in fast-growing startups
Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and UI/UX craft
