About this role
Toast is seeking a Principal Product Designer to define the interaction language for AI agentic experiences across their platform. You will establish core patterns, behaviors, and components that all teams will use, influencing product, engineering, and design to align with your vision. This highly visible role offers significant leverage in shaping the future of intelligence at Toast.
What we are looking for
6- Define and evangelize core interaction patterns for agentic AI experiences
- Build conviction and influence across product, engineering, and GTM leadership
- Lead end-to-end design for core UX/UI within Toast's AI ecosystem
- Ship 0-to-1 AI or agentic product experiences
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Mentor designers and act as a design-quality bar-raiser
