Product Designer

Quantum is seeking a Junior Product Designer to join our growing Digital Experience team in London. You will translate conversion rate optimization ideas into testable designs for various user journeys across our brands. This role offers the opportunity to learn from experiment results, contribute to a design system, and help shape user experiences that drive growth.

• Design test variants for homepages, PLPs, PDPs, and sign-up flows
• Shape end-to-end user journeys from first visit to offer engagement
• Collaborate with CRO, creative, and development teams
• Build and maintain reusable components in Figma design system
• Contribute to qualitative research and hypothesis shaping
• 2-3 years of product design experience with a strong portfolio
