Senior Product Designer

Unify is seeking an experienced, system-minded Senior Product Designer to lead a core product area within their AI-native outbound platform. This role involves driving product strategy, designing AI-first workflows, and mentoring other designers. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of simplifying complex technical products and a strategic, business-minded approach.

• Drive product strategy and define roadmaps
• Lead the transformation of a complex platform into coherent mental models
• Own a core product area end-to-end, from user needs to final design
• Design non-gimmicky AI-first workflows for go-to-market teams
• Become an expert in the go-to-market space through user research
• Mentor and support a small design team, raising the bar for design quality
