UX Designer

Capco is seeking an experienced UX Designer Contractor for their Toronto office, working four days a week onsite. This role involves taking ownership of redesigning websites and user journeys from discovery through to implementation-ready designs. You will translate user and business needs into clear requirements and high-quality designs, collaborating closely with stakeholders and delivery teams.

• Own UX design activities for website and digital experience initiatives
• Assess existing websites and user experiences, identify challenges, and redesign
• Create end-to-end user journeys, flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Translate user, stakeholder, and business needs into design solutions
• Collaborate with business, product, and engineering stakeholders
• Strong professional UX design experience with a portfolio
