Senior Product Designer

Clipboard is seeking a Senior Product Designer to elevate the design of our core worker and workplace apps. You will partner closely with product and engineering to define vision, build roadmaps, and solve real customer problems through research, prototyping, and iteration. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in an industry that provides essential care and to raise the overall design craft across our products.

• Own core feature design end-to-end from research to launch
• Partner with PMs on planning and prioritization
• Set a high bar for visual and interaction quality
• Build high-fidelity prototypes and contribute to the design system
• Talk to customers regularly and use data to inform decisions
• Integrate AI tools into the design process
