Senior UX/UI Designer

Solventum is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the design of user experiences and interfaces for innovative healthcare solutions. You will work independently on multiple projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business strategies into compelling design solutions. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and user empathy.

• Lead end-to-end design projects from strategy and research through implementation
• Develop and deliver design insights and solutions that enhance product usability
• Collaborate across disciplines to translate requirements into actionable design objectives
• Produce high-quality UX/UI deliverables with minimal supervision
• Conduct and interpret user research and usability testing
• Mentor and coach junior designers
