Senior Product Designer

Pivotal Health is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the look, feel, and functionality of our innovative healthcare reimbursement platform. You will own significant product areas from discovery to launch, partnering closely with Product Managers and Engineers to translate complex workflows into intuitive user experiences. This is a hands-on role for a designer with strong product judgment and excellent craft, offering substantial ownership within an early-stage design team.

• Own end-to-end product design for significant initiatives
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define requirements and explore solutions
• Simplify complex healthcare reimbursement workflows into intuitive user experiences
• Elevate visual craft and ensure high-quality shipped product
• Conduct practical user research and translate findings into design decisions
• Build on and evolve the existing design system
