Design Engineer

Kaizenlabs is seeking a Digital Designer to elevate the brand's visual identity and user experience for government technology platforms. This role involves designing compelling landing pages, creating motion and illustration assets, and establishing a cohesive visual system that reflects the company's mission to build modern, AI-native software for public services. The designer will ship their own work in code and leverage AI creative tools.

• Design and ship landing pages, campaign sites, and entry points
• Build the constituent-facing visual system (typography, motion, illustration)
• Develop Kaizen's web presence and marketing materials
• Ship own work in code, utilizing AI-native creative tools
• Partner with Sales and BD on pitch materials and demo environments
• Collaborate with Design Lead, CEO, and engineering teams
