Principal UX/UI Designer

Impinj is seeking a Principal UX/UI Designer to lead the design direction for their software solutions. As the founding member of a new design team, you will own the end-to-end user experience, define the design system, and collaborate with leadership to shape product roadmaps. This hands-on role offers organization-wide influence and the opportunity to establish design practices.

• Own end-to-end user experience from problem framing to production handoff
• Set and evolve design language, component library, and interaction patterns
• Lead discovery and definition on ambiguous, high-stakes problems
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering leadership to influence roadmap
• Plan and interpret user research and usability testing
• Serve as trusted advisor to executive leadership on design maturity
