Sr. UX Designer

NovoEd is seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead design initiatives for their talent development platform. You will own projects from exploration to implementation, partnering with product and engineering teams to create scalable online learning experiences. This role requires a user-centered approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in an agile environment.

• Design scalable online learning experiences for Fortune 500 companies and universities
• Lead 1-2 major projects from problem definition through implementation
• Partner with product management to define scope and explore design approaches
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions
• 5+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio
