About this role
BDO is seeking a UI/UX Designer to join our IT Solutions Development team in London. This role involves shaping digital products from discovery to delivery, ensuring intuitive and accessible user experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide UI/UX consultancy across the firm, contributing to best practices and user-centered design.
What we are looking for
6- Lead UI/UX design for digital products and complex applications
- Conduct user research, journey mapping, and usability testing
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed interfaces
- Utilize Figma, design systems, and adhere to accessibility standards
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders
- Provide UI/UX consultancy and contribute to design governance
