Senior Manager, Brand Design

MongoDB is seeking a Senior Manager, Brand Design to lead and execute visual brand strategies across various experiences and initiatives. This role involves hands-on design, cross-functional collaboration, and developing brand enablement resources to ensure consistent brand application. The position can be remote in the US or based in one of their office locations.

• Lead and execute design for brand experiences, campaigns, and events
• Concept and develop scalable visual systems across print, digital, motion, and environmental applications
• Own design execution end-to-end and communicate with internal teams, agencies, and contractors
• Provide system documentation and guidance for consistent brand execution
• Build enablement resources for teams to apply brand guidelines correctly
• Maintain and evolve core brand systems including typography, iconography, and logo usage
